About the Author

Dr. Mohammad Rashid, Dr. Manik Batra, Dr. Nimmi Agarwal

Dr. Mohammed Rashid holds a PhD in Behavioral Finance from Aligarh Muslim University. His research areas include finance, accounting, Fintech, and Behavioral Finance. He has published papers in Scopus-, ABDC-, WOS-, and ABS-indexed journals. He also holds an MBA in Financial Management and a Master of Commerce. He is UGC NET-qualified in Commerce (2018) and in Management (2020). Dr. Rashid also holds certifications in Financial Modeling, Company Valuation, and Advanced Excel. He completed B.Com from Aligarh Muslim University. He has attended various national and international conferences and workshops organized by ICSSR and UGC.

Dr. Manik Batra is an Assistant Professor in the Sharda School of Business Studies at Sharda University, Greater Noida, specializing in healthcare marketing and digital marketing. He holds a PhD with research interests in healthcare management, Dark Pattern, and data-driven strategic outcomes. He has received prestigious research fellowships from the University Grants Commission (UGC) and Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, recognizing his academic merit and research potential. Dr. Batra has contributed multiple peer-reviewed publications and is actively engaged in academic and industry collaborations at Sharda University.

Dr. Nimmi Agarwal is an accomplished academician in Management with over 19 years of teaching and research experience. She holds a Ph.D. in Management and is UGC-NET qualified in Human Resource Management (December 2010). Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Sharda University, Greater Noida. Her research interests include Human Resource Management, sustainability, and emerging trends in management practices. She has published research papers in reputed national and international journals and has actively participated in various national and international conferences, presenting papers on contemporary management issues. She has also contributed to academic development through workshops, seminars, and faculty development programs, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and scholarly engagement.
