Abstract
ideas or novel ways of doing things. While some of these ventures manage to sustain
and grow, many struggle to survive beyond their initial years. The challenges faced by
these emerging companies vary significantly depending on the industry in which they
operate (Napp and Minshall, 2011). Despite the challenges, some businesses achieve
remarkable success and continue to expand over time. There are numerous factors that
can explain why certain companies succeed, including strong financial backing,
effective marketing strategies, skilled personnel, efficient organizational structures, as
well as elements of timing and chance. For those highly successful firms that
demonstrate steady year-on-year growth and strong financial performance, their
success is often the result of a complex interplay of multiple factors rather than a
single reason (Friis, 2012).
